A dynamic, results-oriented professional with extensive experience in enhancing Operational Resilience across multiple sectors, including finance, government, and blue-chip organizations. Specializing in aligning technology with business objectives, I have successfully led complex projects in Crisis and Business Continuity Management (BCM), Disaster Recovery (DR), and IT Service Continuity. This includes designing and deploying Crisis Management systems, Management reporting dashboards, and creating comprehensive continuity and recovery plans to enhance operational resilience and mitigate risk.

 

Skilled in stakeholder engagement and project execution, I have a strong ability to identify gaps, redefine project scope, optimize governance and drive continuous improvements. My experience in managing customer invocations, setting up DR infrastructure, and coordinating DR testing has resulted in improved processes and strengthened Operational Resilience capabilities. I have consistently delivered service improvement projects, implementing both tactical and strategic solutions to optimize operational resilience.

 

With extensive experience in IT auditing, risk analysis, and agile project management, I have successfully delivered complex infrastructure projects such as server consolidation, P2V migrations, and dependency mapping. I ensure these initiatives align with business continuity objectives and enhance overall organizational performance.

 

Outside of work, I am an avid pilot, enjoying flying with family and friends, which helps me maintain focus and discipline in both my personal and professional life.
